Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using digital tracking systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments (training provided)
- Inspect and rotate stock to ensure FIFO compliance
- Monitor temperature/humidity levels and report discrepancies
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
- Sanitize equipment and workstations daily
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 35-40°F (2-4°C) environments for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with reliable attendance
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed
