Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature levels in refrigerated storage units
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct routine sanitation and hygiene checks following FDA standards
- Inspect inventory and document storage conditions in digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members on efficient warehouse layout and rotation protocols
- Operate cold environment safety equipment including thermal protective gear
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic inventory management system knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
