Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using company-provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Organize inventory in warehouse zones with precision and speed
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Perform inventory counts and document movements accurately
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts/pallet jacks (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screen
