Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts and accurately document stock movements in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA and company safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all operational procedures.
- Perform regular temperature checks on storage units and record data to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily production targets and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in extreme cold environments (typically between 20°F and 40°F).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a strong plus but not strictly required.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging operational data.
- Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and the ability to work independently.
