Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse facility safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Monitor and maintain proper storage temperatures to ensure product quality and safety.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification is a plus).
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (typically below 40°F) for extended shifts.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.
