Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize inventory within the cold storage warehouse.
- Monitor temperature logs and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold temperatures (typically 0°F to 20°F).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work weekends, nights, or overtime as required.
