Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
- Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Ensure proper stacking and organization of palletized goods in designated zones
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of inventory management practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
