Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse and loading docks
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure OSHA compliance and operational safety
- Load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and hand trucks while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow and meet daily targets
- Follow FIFO inventory protocols and maintain organized storage areas
- Complete digital inventory counts and paperwork with precision
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report equipment malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training)
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or material handling experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
