Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to efficiently move, stack, and organize inventory in 80,000 sq ft facility
- Execute daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance checks per company protocols
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanning technology
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Maintain organized pallet racking systems and FIFO inventory rotation
- Document all material movements and inventory discrepancies in digital tracking system
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license with minimum 6 months recent experience
- OSHA 10-hour general industry certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math proficiency for inventory reconciliation and order verification
- Strong attention to detail with zero-tolerance safety mindset
- Reliable transportation to industrial facility near Sunland Park
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued for diverse team environment
