Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to transport materials.
- Load and unload shipments in a timely manner, ensuring proper handling of inventory.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of machinery to verify operational safety.
- Organize stock in designated areas to maximize warehouse space and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Must possess valid certification).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks required in a warehouse setting.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or material handling is a plus.
