Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and other equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Assist in warehouse organization and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Commitment to safety-first workplace culture
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
