Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials and products
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal safety and functionality
- Manage inventory through scanning, counting, and accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and organization
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and quality control checks
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding inventory status and operational needs
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
