Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on machinery daily
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow
- Organize and stage products for shipment and storage
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible availability during weekday shifts (mornings/afternoons)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Oregon driver's license preferred
