Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily, reporting maintenance needs promptly
- Follow strict safety protocols including OSHA compliance and proper load balancing
- Assist with inventory management through accurate scanning and documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas to ensure accessibility and safety
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Minimum 6 months of forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory and documentation tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Commerce Street facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
