Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with receiving/shipping teams for efficient material flow
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 6 months prior forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Reliable transportation to Omaha Industrial Park location
- Availability to work 20-25 hours weekly (flexible scheduling)
