Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets and materials efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure safety compliance
- Load/unload trucks using proper stacking and securing techniques
- Inventory stock and update warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to industrial area
- Flexible availability for day/evening shifts
