Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one through our training program)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
