Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Manage inventory documentation and assist with cycle counts and stock verification
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Follow all OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols rigorously
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 6 months of forklift operation experience in warehouse or logistics setting

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
