Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package shipments using provided scanners and conveyors
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols with provided PPE
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions promptly to maintenance
- Prepare outbound shipments for next-day delivery
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to Up River Road facility
- Basic computer literacy (training provided)
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with positive attitude
- No prior warehouse experience required
