Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
- Verify the accuracy of inventory counts and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (must be provided).
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights.
