Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and document stock movements in the system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CFA or equivalent) required.
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
