Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to quality standards and timelines
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks, conveyor systems) with precision
- Verify order accuracy through systematic quality control checks
- Maintain organized inventory records and update warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse order fulfillment or packing roles
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation may require)
