Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with all safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks, shipments, and pallets with precision and speed.
- Inspect equipment before and after shifts to ensure proper working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized correctly.
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor to maintain a safe workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures (warehouse environment).
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
