Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of trucks and trailers using proper safety equipment.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification available).
- Utilize warehouse management systems to update inventory levels and track shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with the remote coordination team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct daily quality checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license (not always required, but a plus).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
