Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized goods in warehouse and dock areas
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks per OSHA guidelines
- Accurately manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain clean, organized work zones and comply with 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisor
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 6 months prior warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
