Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, move, and stack products within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment before and after shifts to ensure proper working order and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas to facilitate quick retrieval.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform routine cleaning and organization of the work area to maintain a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age (required for industrial driving).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for reading tags and orders accurately.
- Good visual acuity and depth perception.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training.
