Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment by locating items on shelves and using handheld scanners.
- Verify product quantities against packing slips to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials and shipping labels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
