Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Assist with loading and unloading inbound and outbound warehouse freight.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize basic warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—we provide comprehensive paid training and certification!
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Columbus, Ohio facility.
- Willingness to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends if needed.
