Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load and unload merchandise from trucks and conveyors.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory accuracy by scanning items and checking stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding heavy machinery operation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform basic inventory counts and prepare pallets for storage or shipping.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of safety standards.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions (warehouse environment).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work part-time shifts as scheduled.
