Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized goods safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and containers using proper rigging techniques
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with handheld scanners
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Assist with order picking and packing operations during peak periods
- Complete daily equipment inspection logs and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 6 months prior warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems (RF scanner experience a plus)
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and overtime shifts
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
