Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and pack products according to customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy during the picking process.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards to prevent shipping errors.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required by training.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe at all times to comply with safety regulations.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently process orders to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory checks.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team supervisors.
- Legally Eligible: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
