Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts by performing regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect equipment daily to identify potential issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Follow proper safety protocols, including the use of seatbelts and proper lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CLP/CP) license is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating industrial forklifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
