Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse team to prioritize inventory movement and order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of material movements
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
- Assist in cross-functional warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within first week of hire)
- Minimum 6 months of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional overtime
