Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and loading dock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform accurate inventory checks and manage stock rotation to ensure product availability.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (must be valid and current).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
