Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage inventory documentation and warehouse organization systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and report equipment issues immediately
- Assist in receiving, stacking, and tracking inventory using RF scanners
- Support loading/unloading operations for timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/evenings
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
