Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to digital manifests
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory and stock rotation systems
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety and OSHA compliance standards
- Process shipments with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability for weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Willingness to cross-train in multiple warehouse roles
