Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory in temperature-controlled warehouse
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Load/unload trucks with precision while maintaining accurate inventory documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support warehouse efficiency initiatives through continuous improvement suggestions
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or material handling experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
