Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility safely.
- Inspect and maintain forklift equipment to ensure it is in safe working condition.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated areas to optimize warehouse space.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (required).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Valid driver’s license (not always required but a plus).
- Reliable transportation to the Cleveland facility.
