Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and handheld devices
- Maintain organized storage areas and perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean, compliant workspaces
- Assist with inventory audits and documentation as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
