Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in our WMS system
- Prepare and package shipments according to safety standards and client specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform daily maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-paid certification
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
