Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and organize materials using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain detailed records
- Inspect and prepare products for shipping/receiving while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Operate warehouse equipment responsibly and report maintenance needs
- Support loading/unloading activities with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required
