Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and package materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning and digital tracking systems
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflow
- Inspect and report damaged goods or equipment to supervisors
- Operate automated conveyor systems and sorting machinery
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Uphold 5S standards for workplace organization and cleanliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
