Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and sort incoming/outgoing materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols and preventative maintenance schedules
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using barcode scanning systems
- Organize and stage products in designated storage areas for optimal accessibility
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily operational targets
- Conduct quality checks on materials to ensure compliance with company standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions precisely
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
- Strong communication skills and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Industrial Park location
