Responsibilities
- Load/unload materials from trucks and conveyor systems using proper lifting techniques
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) with safety compliance
- Organize and stage inventory for production lines and shipping departments
- Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
