Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and distribute materials throughout the facility
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely
- Maintain organized inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Prepare and pack shipments for outbound delivery
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
