Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks in designated zones
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets
- Document warehouse activities and report discrepancies promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability for 3-4 shifts weekly (weekends required)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred but not mandatory
