Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production areas, and loading docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantity, and damage.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory systems using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in the packing and labeling of orders for distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
