Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and inventory logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license preferred
