Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Organize and maintain clean, orderly warehouse zones per safety protocols
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with attention to detail and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and quality control checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
