Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates with performance coaching
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time operational tracking
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency gains
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong analytical abilities for inventory optimization
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
